How to report an error, how we fix it, and what has changed.

Report an error

Tell us the state or page, what is wrong, and the source that shows the correct information. You can use the form below or email [email protected].

For example, Ohio, or the page address.

A link or the name of the document.

Only if you want us to be able to reach you about this.

How we fix it

  1. We read the report and open the primary source.
  2. If the source supports the correction, we change the entry and update its last-verified date.
  3. If the source does not, we leave the entry and say why.
  4. Every change is added to the log below.

What we do not do

We do not change a status without a source, and we do not remove an entry because someone objects to it. If an agency or official says an entry is wrong, we ask for the primary document that shows it.

Hickory City Schools: coded confirmed implementing, changed to unclear or unresponsive. The module is optional inside a Career Explorations elective (about 10 instructional hours) and the reply does not state grades or course status for the SECU program, so it does not establish dedicated instruction.
